YP REX VIETNAM was established in 2007 as the second overseas production base and is manufacturing escape hatches.
An escape hatch is a floor-buried escape apparatus that is placed on the balcony of apartments and so on. With an all-stainless case, it is a qualified product of the Escape Equipment Industries Association of Japan. An escape ladder (a nationally certified product) is attached inside which allows escape by simple operations in an emergency. As for the production capacity of this plant, 50,000 units (planned for 2008) of escape hatches are manufactured annually, all of which are shipped on demand for apartments in Japan. With an intensive quality control system, high-quality products can be stably supplied.
